Ulight is written in Visual Basic 6 and needs the VB6 runtime files. If you already have the VB6 runtime and don't want a Setup program download the Ulight Small (only the exe, help file, and readme)

If you do not have the VB6 runtime or want a full Setup program download the Ulight Full (program, VB6 runtime, and Setup Program)
