How can I get rid of the 'blue-ness' around the actual texture?
(A custom FireTexture I use for a projectile)
It's annoying.. :p _________________

Makethe background black and then make the texture masked. _________________ Improvements along the way friends and foes.

Changing the palette doesn't help.
It just changes the color.
And the projectile is transparent, which makes the black parts invisible too.
And, what it obviously is doing is not making the black invisible.
Also, changing the "effect heat' (before "fire painting") and/or changing the
'render heat' makes the fire effects less bright..
but doesn't effect the blue surrounding-ness of the fire.. _________________

Yeah, some palettes replace the invisible "black" with another color, which then doesn't appear invisible. That's why I told you to change the palette, since it's bugged. ;) |

It just happened that the one I changed it to the first time
had the same issues
And I can't make a custom palette (by exporting the palette, opening it
up in Paint Shop Pro 8, adjusting the hue, and re-importing it)
because it makes the fire black and the background white... _________________
