Ok I have now taken the time to go and look at wat my problems are the mutator I use is WMutate_v1_12_dist and the thing about the Amethyst mod is this

It looks like the mod wants to access the texture file "Amethyst.utx". It is included in the zip file.

Make sure you installed it in the Unreal\Textures folder and added it to your server packages:
ServerPackages=Amethyst.utx

well I have decided that I do not want the Amethyst mod anymore so I deleted every place I put it into only problem is when I trying starting the server up it still says I have to put in the Amethyst.utx files anyway to get rid of the files a faster way instead of searching through them one by one?

Make sure you removed all the mod stuff from your ServerPackages in your Unreal.ini file. The server will still be looking for them otherwise.

I don't know. It's already quite some time ago i posted the mod on his request, and I have not seen him recently.

He is still around, but now mostly using the name "unpunished" made of special text characters. Currently he's been hosting a server called "III" running JCoop4 so you can probably get in touch with him there.
