What is causing these crashes?

My server hasn't crashed in about 4 months, so I know something is wrong..

The errors are not exactly clear.

Have you made recent mod changes or additions to the server within a month's time? Are any new pawns or inventories spawning that were not configured to before in that time? Notice a connection to in-game action with the moments of those crashes?

You'll have to answer those types of questions to investigate the problem. If any of those questions are true then begin by removing or disabling a step at a time until it stops occuring, if it can.
