This crash has nothing to do with those mesh warnings. The mesh warnings just indicate some poor coding in the classes or some type of bad change done to them for the map.
The crash is very much the same as this one:

The SoulSeeker flys and teleports short distances all over map terrain. It's probably falling into BSP holes in the map which will lead to the trigger of the findRandomDest() bug. I suggest you remove the SoulSeeker from the custom server or stop using that specific map. I'd go with the first option because IMO soulseeker isn't that great of a monster, and illhaven maps seem enjoyable.

Ok, I'll remove the SS. It is not used much, there is only a very small chance that it is spawned from a destroyed barrel. _________________ Alter your reality...forever.
