I installed JCoopZ1 the same way as the last time I did. But now whenever I start a game in JCoopZ1 gametype and pick any map, Unreal Gold crashes and I get this Critical Error notice:
General Protection Fault!

I don't know what i'm doing wrong but i'm pretty sure I made some stupid mistake.

Maybe you should post your command line and your server's ini settings. Be sure you remove personal info like passwords tho. _________________ Alter your reality...forever.

Well, I still need to try multiplayer, because all the crashes occured in the botmatch menu.
***Edit:Ok, I tried multiplayer, and my server works! So that means only botmatch isn't working.*** |

If you planned to play against bots using JCoopZ it wouldn't do much. Bots were never designed for coop and coop doesn't normally spawn them. Although if you wanted to load JCoopZ like an offline singleplayer game then you could type this into console (without quotes), "open Vortex2?Game=JCoopZ1.JCoopZGame".
Anyway, I loaded JCoopZ in BotMatch menu and it worked fine in my 225/226Gold. This was from a default JCoopZ1 configuration. I can't explain your error log, but what matters is it works for you when running it for cooperative play (with other people).

Thanks for replies. And yeah, it is better being able to play with real people than just being able to play with bots. |
