I herd some Dark dude talking about a leak, since our community survies they might make a unreal platinum, with a enhanced unreal 3 engine? is this true or a joke?

There are two things:

1. There is a petition for Epic games to make Unreal version 227 (Also called Platinum by some)

2. There are some UT2004 enthousiasts with the plan to re-create unreal in the UT2004 engine. (Unreal Reloaded)

Edit: I just see that Unreal Reloaded is cancelled.
It does not really surprise me, because it was gonna be a huge undertaking. You don't rebuild a game in a few months.

I never heared about an Unreal Platinum with the unreal 3 engine, so unless I get some believable information about this, I consider it as not true.

darksquirll told me he put a petition up for a remake/upgrade for unreal..he aslo wants the unreal3 engine.(why i doono)
