I am modding my own weapons now, and I want to make a single .u with all the best weapons from my (several) .u's. So basically, where can I find a program to compile the .uc's? I already extracted them with UnrealEd, but
I don't think it's very easy to import them. Mainly the fact that all the default properties don't work. And I want to rename a few of the weapons. Besides, unrealed is crappy enough as it is :p .

And thanks in advance!

Unreal comes with a command-line UC compiler called UCC (ucc.exe). I recammend you try out UMake to help make compiling projects outside of UnrealEd a little easier. It's a GUI wrapper tool for ucc.exe.

Setup your package projects with a "\PackageName\Classes\*.uc files" format and compile using UMake. All of the UC files in that \Classes\ directory will compile to a single U package.
