I successfully made a package with some UT meshes and some extras, mod is nowhere near done and zipped its 18 megs so far .

But by god these meshes rock!

I need some beta testers to report back bugs...

package will require INF for now for size reasons you can get inf here

I tried it on the NU INF server, and I found some problems:
1: I get kicked when I use on of the new player classes
2: All new player classes point their gun to the ground
3: One of the models is currupt (a bunch of weird polygons)
4: Critical error on reconnect with a changed class:

Ok there is a good reason for the weapon screw up... for some reason UT models hold U1 weapons like that and U1 models hold UT weapon meshes screwed up as well, I will fix this in the final version its just so damn time consuming, and the garbled player is solid snake.. I correcting that one tonight as well as making a gametype to spawn U1 models into these for the NU server. I dunno why u got kicked I have played hours with them and no kick... unless there is the new icd or uprotect running u shouldn't get kicked.. I think alex has this on one of the NU servers sides mine.

Also i noticed alot of the death animations aren't working I think these are all script errors or typos or bad mesh calls.

Anyone have any good weapon models?

I need:

A sword of some kind

some kind of baseball bat or club of some kind

or whatever else u might have that would fit with inf... no co op wild shit lol just real weapons, hand ot hand or gun.

Sorry, I were kicked because I manually typed upak.upakconsole as my console in unreal.ini, but I found out that some security tools do a case-sensitive sheck on that string.

I dunno bout u guys but I'm sick of shooting at skaarj and krali, Unreal needs some new scripted pawns wouldn't ya say?

Thinking of a new single player map pack too, could use some help with this mod from mappers/scripters, I am a total noob and I bet i have hit the compile button 900 times in last couple days....

UPDATE

Final beta version is out now, this version you must have INF installed to use. It has three new players to U1 all fully functioning all working death anims, all hold gun right . Size is dramatically reduced this zip is only 2.5 megs and has the models textures included for you skinners out there who want to paint a lil on abbeys big but! lol

How did you make the files so much smaller? Did you reduce the quality?

actually no I just found better ways to script and got rid of the weapons and extra textures... were only two weapons non working lol.

makin guns in a seperate .u have two working right now
