-- Game Launch Supported By HEAT.NET Online Hunting Contest

Darien, CT, November 19, 1998 -- Breaking new ground in the video game industry's hottest-selling genre, the hunting simulation, ASC Games announces the shipment of TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter for PC CD-ROM. In stores by Thanksgiving, TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter raises the stakes by incorporating the revolutionary Unreal 3D technology, the expertise of one of the nation's premiere media and entertainment companies, The Nashville Network (TNN) and Realtree Outdoors hunting expert, Bill Jordan. TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter was developed by Dreamforge Intertainment * the same development team responsible for ASC Games' critically acclaimed PC title, Sanitarium. In March of 1999, online multi-player game service HEAT.NET will sponsor an online hunting contest for TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter where players will have the chance to win one of two Chevy S10 pick-up trucks.

"People can shoot their own virtual turkey or other game of choice this Holiday season and year-round with TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter," said Steve Grossman, CEO of ASC Games. "We are very excited to bring the most advanced 3D technology to this highly popular video game genre. That, combined with the ability to hunt alongside others online in tournament style play makes TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter the most realistic hunting experience ever."

TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter, the most realistic hunting simulation to date, uses the critically acclaimed UNREAL 3D Technology developed by Epic MegaGames Inc. This technology allows ASC Games to create the incredible 3D Active Wildlife Environment (A.W.E.) adding depth and detail not found in other games. TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter is the first hunting simulation to allow for multiplayer game play over Local Area Networks and the Internet. The game also possesses the most diverse selection of animals available in any hunting simulation on the market. The game allows players to hunt for nine different types of animals including small game (rabbit, quail, squirrel), big game (whitetail deer, elk, wild turkey), and migratory birds (mallard duck, dove, Canadian geese). Players also have the option of using 11 different types of weapons, attachments, hunting dogs, and authentic Realtree hunting gear and equipment. Other TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter features include a wide selection of terrain types, seasons, maps and gameplay modes including training, clay pigeon shooting, targeting range, single player, and tournament.

ASC Games is supporting the launch of TNN Outdoors Pro Hunter with an in-depth marketing campaign including extensive print advertising, online and in-store promotions and innovative merchandising utilizing the TNN Outdoors partnership. The partnership agreement with TNN - allows ASC Games to publish games under the TNN Outdoors and the TNN Motorsports license, enabling ASC Games to tap into TNN's strong brand recognition and its 74 million subscribers.
