UnrealWiki is good place to get help or to research a method to script something up. It's more of an archive or database of contributed information. Some new guys may think it's hard to find starter information there but it is a great place to go if you got some experience. If you see something in the sources and want to know what it does or where it goes..the search engine usually can spit out information on it.

It'll be a boring tough read if you're not serious about learning UScript, but this helps a lot to get the big picture.
WoD Guides: http://www.planetunreal.com/wod/tutorials/guide.htm
I never went there much for anything although it seems to have tutorials and explainations from beginners to more advanced scripters.
Chimeric tuatorials: http://chimeric.beyondunreal.com/tutorials.php
I'm sure a lot of heard or been to this old place.
Epic UnrealScript Reference2: http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/UnrealScript
This is a more modern reference with information geared towards the new Unreal engines. Explaintions to functions, variables, animation...etc.
