Okay, there's one thing I want to know. How do I play DM and team with Mcoop2? I go to the Botmatch list but it only lists Mcoop. Not MDM or MTeam. Anyone know how I can play these seemingly "hidden" gametypes?
P.S.: This is not for a server, this is for single player.

Did you read the manual?

MaxSuicides Max numbers of times that a player can commit suicide.
GameMutator It says MonsterCoop which game type to load. Up to now, there are four made, located
in MCoopMutator2 package:
* DM Classic DeathMatch, where you can also play as a monster.
* Team Classic Team DeathMatch, specifically human players against
monster ones.
* Coop Classic Coop, where you can also play as a monster.
* MonsterCoop The "famous" game type from MCoop 1: human players against
monster players and scripted ones.
To run one of them just type "MCoopMutator2.Coop" or "MCoopMutator2.MonsterCoop" etc.
