Hi2All
Unreal working fine up to a few days ago. I dont remeber if it happened before/after the server update, anyway,I could not connect to Hypercoop anymore because Unreal crashed every time soon after "connecting" appears on screen. I installed 227 patch, just curious, and it connected ok, but
"Rcheckall" and "Resay" in console gave me a " unreckognized command"
Other players at that moment like the helpful Tentacle-Hunter said he was playing 226 and the commands were working fine so I decided for a
fresh reinstall of Unreal 226f, old unreal multimedia patch 226 V2.0, Hypercoop cache dec 9. It connects, downloads 227 integrity and marine files
but then I get the following critical error:

any ideas?
Cheers, Gaizoku(GZK)

The "Rcheckall" and "ReSay" commands won't work on a 227 client because of a bug that effects inventory in mods. It should be fixed by the next 227 test release.

The critical error is an unfortunate incompatibility side effect when a 226f client tries to join a 227 server. All other clients, 224/225/226b (Gold) and 227 can join safely.

Ok, thanks for the precious info. I found a thread in oldunreal
where you discuss this issue.

http://www.oldunreal.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1198756312

Now, if I got it right, Classic unreal + 225f update + multimedia update 225 v2.0 should
be the only workaround to get into a fully functional hypercoop for now?

I'll give it a try in the next days.

PS: as a 227 client I noticed that I could drop all my weapons when in the coop server.

Thanks, Gaizoku

You can use the GemDagger commands (rcheckall, resay) when you have activated the gemdagger. I'm not sure why u227 changed this.
