(screenshot was taken on Sacred Passage btw)
This has been happening quite a bit lately, and on various maps.
Anybody know what's wrong?
I use JcoopZ, DZmapM, and AKcoop2, in case that helps any. _________________

Post the near end of your server log with any passwords removed after attempting to end. This picture only shows that you are in collision radius of the end teleporter.
Do you use DZMapM's 'MonsterKillRequirement' SpecialMode? If so try turning off that specialmode. It's been know for a long time that it has some bugs in the current version and doesn't always work perfectly. The DZMapM beta which currently is in testing will work much better.
In JCoopZ, do you use CustomMapTimer to set a mininum timer before player can end? Also, are you 100% sure your other administrators aren't using "admin set" commands to manually disable the end teleporter by manipulating it's "bEnabled" property?

I checked the console after attempting to end, and it says nothing
I use MonsterSpawn mode and don't have a maptimer.
I will put "admin set teleporter benabled false" in the restricted keywords,
and see if that does anything, but if we want to not end, we just type end off.
And, as you can see in the screenshot, the end was enabled. _________________

If the server log says nothing and it's 'End on' then the end teleporter 'bEnabled' property must be false or it's collision properties have been changed. JCoopZ has been running on servers for a year now (includes alpha/beta testing), and I've never seen/heard it suddenly failing to travel without at least indicating what was happening in the server log. Do you use the 'Sequence' list in JCoopZ or DZMapM to set a new map URL order at all? Run any other smaller mods on your server not made by you that you didn't mention?
Now for the RestrictedKeyword list I suggest using just "set teleporter" instead. The 'admin' part is the command that issues the sub-command. Also, false/true can be substituted with 0/1 by a secondary admin trying to bypass the restriction.
