Since has been conclusivly proven on the OldUnreal forums that it is pratically impossible to have it work the ideal way the latest version that has been released as of yet is as final as it'll probably ever be.
If it makes you happy I will make a few changes to it but doing that will confuse downloaders and there isn't much point in doing that anyway so it's your pick. You're probably capable of converting the .zip to .7z anyway but I do have the latest of version of 7-Zip just in case you didn't know that.
Btw I wasn't aware of that rule and that there doesn't seem to be any such rules on the site itself. I guess you put all downloads onto it by personal choice.

Sure, I can add it. Conversion to 7-zip is not a problem, I do that with all archives. Drop me a mail with the archive, make sure the limitations (Not for online) is mentioned in the instruction / readme.

Uhm it is intended for online use. As long as the server has it installed it will work, like other skinpacks.

And if you have custom skins loaded into memory, you will get kicked from the server because it finds a non-standard package. And no, I will not add any custom skins because the use is limited and I consider it not worth the bandwidth.

Download and picture links have been updated due to a change of file host. As usual any comments, suggestions, questions etc. would be highly welcome.
Also stay tuned for an additional release based on one of the beta skins. News will be forecoming.

Finally fixed that image link. I fixed up the link on OldUnreal but forgot to do the same for other sites. It should work perfectly now. I apologise for any inconvenience that was caused in the meantime.
