Whenever i spawn playing as a monster i can be at various places in the level (sometimes at the end), is it possible to make the monster players spawn at the start of the level with the human players

Nope. You basically get spawned only where there is "enough room". No way to change that

I hate that too.People who spawn near end as monster's usually end without asking then i get killed and lose all my stuff because of it.
