So this tool allows you to use newer graphics cards with glide games like Unreal? Would a Nvidia work? Because that's what I have and I want to make a 225f server. If this is what the Glide Wrapper does, I need a working link to
download it. |

First you need to install the glide wrapper, then give your PC a reboot, start unreal, open advanced options and select at the drivers section the option "3DFX Glide". Restart Unreal and you will be using Glide. _________________ Alter your reality...forever.

Thanks for your help, but Unreal just doesn't work for me. It crashes even when I type preferences in tab. I guess I'll just have to wait for 227 to come out. |

You might need to rename your unreal.ini file to inreal.ini.old (to disable it) and then restart the game. THis will force it to start with the default settings (Software rendering) which should work fine. This should allow you to choose Glide rendering. _________________ Alter your reality...forever.

Ok, I change my Unreal.ini file name to Unreal.ini.old and then try to start Unreal again. I get this Critical Error screen: No Languages Found

Hmz, I never had that problem. Try backupping your Unreal install and remove it, then do a new install from CD with the right patch. (U225f is good for Glide) _________________ Alter your reality...forever.
