Decals do not work in Unreal. You probably use Unreal Gold where there is an option to enable decals in the menu's, but this is a leftover from when they ported the menu's from UT to Unreal Gold and has no fuction.
However, when you play the Unreal maps in UT you can enable decals there. _________________ Alter your reality...forever.
