I want decals. But i am having trouble with it, anythoughts?

Decals do not work in Unreal. You probably use Unreal Gold where there is an option to enable decals in the menu's, but this is a leftover from when they ported the menu's from UT to Unreal Gold and has no fuction.

However, when you play the Unreal maps in UT you can enable decals there.

There is no SetBase in Unreal.
Nicely stolen from CHiMERiC, however. :p
