I think there is a way to do this with a command. Add an EXEC function called "Helpme" or something and get it to selfsay a list of different commands.

it seems I've allready done a cool mutator that does that. It's called MessageMut.

It's quite simple
He got a few screenshots of a skaarj in the mesh viewer in action and compiled it into a gif, it's quite easy.
